Bendertechniek supplies turning, milling, and grinding machines for the machining metal and plastic processing industry. Their service department consists of 20 field technicians who install and maintain machines daily in both the Netherlands and Belgium. To further streamline the administrative handling of service activities, Bendertechniek chose Sigmax’s field service software.
Project leader Erik Koster explains: “We wanted to implement optimizations in the area of automation, but this is no longer possible within our current system. With Sigmax’s Connect software, our service engineers will soon be able to easily, quickly, and accurately register all used materials, additional costs, and working and travel hours. This ensures complete information about the service assignments.” The implementation of Sigmax Connect enables further automation, which will significantly reduce the administrative burden.
