Switching between assets

Has a customer provided the wrong asset? With other software, switching assets is often difficult. Cumbersome workarounds can make the administration inaccurate. In Sigmax Connect, this is easy to resolve. The engineer can switch to another asset on the spot. They can also immediately view important information about that asset, such as whether a maintenance contract is in place and whether any costs are associated with the maintenance.

Improve your asset data

You can use Sigmax Connect to improve and enrich the data about your assets. While engineers are working in the field, they can create and update assets. Has something changed about the asset (for example, has it moved to a different location)? Then the engineer can quickly and easily adjust this in Connect. If they come across an asset that is not yet in Connect, they can create it themselves and put it into use straight away.
